It’s a very hot year, and many of the veggies are suffering. Also, I probably planted everything too close together. It’s easy to underestimate how much room veggies need when they are small.
In any case I think the tomato plants probably picked up a fungus, which is what the garden center suggested.
You can see the wilted leaves on this tomato plant. I had to pull the infected plants out and throw them away.
I don’t have the foggiest what’s wrong with this one – white fruit on a red plum tomato plant? I never did find out what disease or deficiency caused this. If you know, please comment and give me a clue!
